Job Title: Recruitment Officer - Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Recruitment Officer - Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Miller Immigration Law Firm. This role involves identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, collecting and screening applicants, and reviewing candidate inventories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staffing Requirements: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure the firm's needs are met.
- Recruitment: Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
- Applicant Screening: Collect and screen applicants to assess their qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Candidate Review: Review candidate inventories to ensure the best candidates are selected for interviews.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Result Notification: Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
- Policy Advice: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- Staff Consultation: Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive work environment.
- Eligibility Determination: Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
