Recruitment Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our team at Miller Immigration Law Firm.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
- Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
- Screen and review candidate applications to ensure they meet the required qualifications.
- Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive work environment.
- 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Permanent position.
- 30 hours per week.
- English language.
