Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Subsea Engineer to join our team at Puglisevich Crews and Services Limited. As a key member of our offshore drilling team, you will be responsible for directing and monitoring oil and gas drilling operations, supervising technicians and engineers, and resolving conflict situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and monitor oil and gas drilling operations to ensure safe and efficient completion of wells.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians, technologists, and other engineers to achieve project goals.
  • Resolve conflict situations and make informed decisions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in subsea engineering or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced offshore environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
