About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subsea Engineer to join our team at Puglisevich Crews and Services Limited. As a key member of our offshore drilling operations, you will be responsible for directing and monitoring oil and gas drilling operations, supervising technicians and technologists, and resolving conflict situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and Monitor Drilling Operations: Oversee the safe and efficient execution of drilling operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Supervise Technical Teams: Lead and mentor a team of technicians and technologists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of drilling projects.
  • Conflict Resolution: Effectively manage and resolve conflict situations that may arise during drilling operations, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
  • Health and Safety: Promote a culture of health and safety within the team, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in subsea engineering or a related field
  • Work Setting: Offshore drilling rig
  • Language: English
  • Hours: 2190 hours per year
