About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at 9811770 Canada INC. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our sales staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities
    • Direct and supervise sales staff to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Co-ordinate the activities of sales staff to ensure that the sales floor is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties
    • Assign sales staff to specific duties and tasks to ensure that the sales floor is running efficiently.
  • Hire and Train Staff
    • Recruit, hire, and train new sales staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Authorize Payments and Merchandise
    • Authorize payments by cheque and order merchandise to ensure that the sales floor is stocked with the necessary products.
  • Establish Work Schedules
    • Establish work schedules for sales staff to ensure that the sales floor is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Sell Merchandise
    • Sell merchandise to customers and ensure that they are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Prepare Reports
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to ensure that management is informed of any issues or concerns.
  • Resolve Issues
    • Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
