We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Liteline. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.

The selected candidate will independently manage the execution of engineering projects by analyzing project scope and determining project specifications; establishing test programs for product investigations; analyzing test programs for adequacy and sequence; examining samples for compliance with Liteline requirements, applicable safety and performance standards.

In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate will assist in the development of Liteline's products, test methods, and test equipment. This will involve determining project scope related to product safety and performance certification; and determining project specification such as cost, time, and sample requirements by analyzing third-party lab input, available supplemental data, and product construction.

Travel may be required to conduct or witness tests at NRTL/NVLAP labs. The candidate will establish appropriate test programs by reviewing files and manufacturer's information (BOM), examining samples and applying Liteline requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities will include notifying upper management of any areas in which the product is not in compliance or of any changes in project scope or specifications in order to comply or exceed minimum requirements. Coordinating laboratory activities by preparing data sheets and instructions to technicians, scheduling and reviewing work of laboratory technicians and engineering support staff, and establishing completion dates.
