Crop Defenders Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Farm Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures, maintaining financial and production records, and negotiating with clients for provision of services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in agricultural crop services, including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting. They will also be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers, ensuring farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.

The Farm Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining quality control and production records, supervising and overseeing breeding and other livestock-related programs, and supervising and overseeing growing and other crop-related operations.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for hiring and training staff, operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment, and performing general farm duties.

Crop Defenders Ltd. offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a health care plan and permanent employment. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be fluent in English.

The working hours will be 40 hours per week, and the ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
