Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits including dental, health care, and vision care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Utilize manual and computerized bookkeeping systems to manage general ledgers, financial statements, and other accounting reports.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring timely filing and adherence to relevant tax laws.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize business performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; degree in finance or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in financial operations or accounting.
  • Skillset: Proficiency in accounting software, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
