Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team at Hôtel & Spa Le Germain Charlevoix. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our resort facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and waste.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate power tools, small tractors, and snowblowers to maintain the resort's grounds and facilities.
  • Housekeeping: Clean and disinfect bathrooms, fixtures, and other areas of the resort.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, lifting heavy loads, and performing repetitive tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a maintenance or related role.
  • Language: Fluency in French.
