Job Title: Building Services Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Services Worker to join our team at Hôtel & Spa Le Germain Charlevoix. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our resort, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners and other equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Empty trash and recycling bins, and restock supplies as needed
  • Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains
  • Work with minimal supervision to ensure the efficient completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and perform repetitive tasks
