About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our Cybersecurity Operations team, you will play a critical role in protecting our organization's digital assets from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and investigate security signals in real-time, utilizing a variety of proprietary and third-party tools to identify and classify threats.
  • Conduct in-depth investigations, digital forensics, and advanced customer requests, communicating results to customers as needed.
  • Participate in incident response efforts, contributing to incident response reports and after-action reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify gaps in processes and procedures, escalating them to leadership as necessary.
  • Support and mentor junior analysts during investigations or customer inquiries.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or related field, with a strong focus on networking and security.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Security Operations Centre or similar Cyber Security Analysis role, excluding intern or work experience programs.
  • Hands-on experience in security domains, including network security, Windows endpoint security, SIEM/log management, and cloud security.
  • Knowledge of technologies, including Windows Sysinternals Tools, LOLBins, advanced tactics and techniques, Linux kernel, and scripting languages.
  • Strong analytical mind, attention to detail, and commitment to quality of service.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts.
  • Demonstrated experience handling escalated customer issues, diffusing challenging situations, and delivering an optimal customer experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, with flexible working hours to include evenings and weekends.
  • Industry certifications, such as CEH, CCNA CyberOps, or CISSP, are an asset.
