Job Title: Household Maintenance Assistant


About the Role


Amna Hussain is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Household Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential facilities.


Key Responsibilities



  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of residential areas, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpeting and upholstered furniture.
  • Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock linen closets.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Launder clothing and household linens, and mend clothing and linens as needed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of our household.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.


Language


The primary language spoken in our household is English.


Work Schedule


The successful candidate will be required to work a maximum of 32.5 hours per week.


Experience


Experience in a similar role is an asset, but not required.
