Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and referrals
  • Utilize technology to deliver a seamless and memorable client experience
  • Respond to client-initiated contact and assist with a range of financial transactions
  • Actively listen and engage clients to further understand their individual needs
  • Proactively resolve and prevent client banking problems

Requirements

  • Demonstrated passion for putting clients first and success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment
  • Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients
  • Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices
  • Ability to work all business hours
