Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial guidance to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and referrals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients
- Continuously evaluate and improve client experience, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a client-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
