Business Growth Specialist

As a Sales Development Manager at Designs for Health, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through the discovery and pursuit of new sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build rapport with customers, and a proven track record of success in sales development and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and nurture sales leads by contacting potential and existing customers to define and clarify sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and improve territory coverage.
- Partner with the Regional Sales Directors and General Manager to support and drive regional sales territories to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience to ensure seamless customer interactions and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 2+ years of successful inside/outside sales experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Successful experience in telesales prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM databases.
