Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage projects in our aerospace digital services division. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering projects that involve the development, implementation, and optimization of digital solutions tailored to the aerospace sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of aerospace digital service projects from initiation to completion.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and third-party vendors.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze project requirements.
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal project performance and resource utilization.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Implement robust quality assurance processes and measures to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function.
  • Monitor project budgets and financials closely to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.
  • Prepare regular status reports, project documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor and coach project team members to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with customers in the aerospace industry in a digital service company is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in project management preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in the aerospace industry.
  • Extensive experience in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of aerospace industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital technologies and their applications in the aerospace sector.

Language: Fluent in French and English (required).
