About the Job

Muskoka Fence Inc. is seeking a skilled Fence Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, ensuring professionalism in customer service, and performing repairs and services as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, including fences, decks, and railings
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Perform repairs and services on exterior prefabricated products, including fence repair and maintenance
  • Determine layout and installation procedures, ensuring efficient and safe installation processes
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accurate and precise measurements
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring a safe and organized work environment
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring safe and secure access to work areas
Requirements
  • Experience in fence installation, construction, or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and quality
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy materials
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
