About the Role

Muskoka Fence Inc. is seeking a skilled Fence Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, ensuring professionalism in customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, including fences, decks, and railings
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with the installation team to achieve project goals and deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company safety standards
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient logistics
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring a safe working environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and efficiency
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
