Job Title: Milk Delivery Specialist

BC LTD is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Milk Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand
  • Provide professional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch
  • Assemble, install, and set up merchandise/products
  • Keep a record of items received and delivered
  • Prepare, package, and restock goods
  • Load and unload goods
  • Sort packages for delivery
  • Follow directions and read maps
  • Use maps and other trip planning aids
  • Record trip information, such as vehicle mileage and fuel costs
  • Set appointments for sales team
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Pay and receive payments for goods
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical ability to handle heavy loads and walk
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability and punctuality
