We are looking for a highly skilled Bilingual Claims Adjudicator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing disability claims to determine fitness for work and ongoing eligibility and entitlement to benefits based on medical documentation, functional abilities, job demands, and contractual provisions.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in disability claims adjudication or case management and full fluency in French and English. They will also possess strong communication skills, responding to clients, members or other external contacts, preparing correspondence, assisting with appeals, etc.

In addition to these skills, the candidate will need to have a strong understanding of medical and mental health conditions and treatments. They must also be able to effectively manage and resolve conflict and prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a customer service-focused mentality with a positive outlook and a high level of accountability. The successful candidate will be proficient using the Microsoft Suite and able to learn by working alongside our experts.
