Handyman/Woman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist

Sangster Service is seeking a skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team. As a Maintenance and Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, making adjustments and minor repairs to various systems, and supervising other workers. Your expertise in drywall installation, painting, and other maintenance tasks will be invaluable to our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including washing windows, interior walls, and ceilings
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Supervise other workers and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Work with minimal supervision and take initiative to complete tasks
- 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
