Job Summary

Jagir Contracting Inc is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, developing and implementing purchasing policies and procedures, and overseeing the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Planning: Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Purchasing and Contracting: Plan, develop, and implement purchasing policies and procedures, and oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services.
  • Contract Management: Authorize the development of specifications for products or services, manage contracts, and review and process claims against suppliers.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the analysis of data and information, and prepare reports to support business decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to advise on procurement-related matters.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
