About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a caregiver for persons with disabilities. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support and care to our clients, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our clients.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits and independence.
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts and respond to changing client needs.
