NTT DATA Services is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring ServiceNow for reporting management, with a strong focus on performance analytics.

We are looking for a candidate who can create management dashboards, report on OKRs and metrics, and provide real-time visibility into data and predictive forecasts for enhanced decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create management dashboards and reports using ServiceNow
  • Develop and implement performance analytics solutions
  • Provide real-time visibility into data and predictive forecasts
  • Set up thresholds and alerts for enhanced decision-making

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of experience in configuring ServiceNow for reporting management
  • ITIL Foundation Qualification – Desirable but not necessary
  • Experience with ServiceNow development in the Performance Analytics Module
  • Strong understanding of CMDB terminology and practices
