NTT DATA Services is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of ServiceNow Engineer in our REMOTE team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring ServiceNow for reporting management, creating management dashboards, and providing real-time visibility into data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create management dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Report on OKRs and metrics to drive business growth
  • Answer key business questions to help increase quality and reduce costs
  • Provide real-time visibility into data and predictive forecasts for enhanced decision-making
  • Set up thresholds for automatic alerts

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in configuring ServiceNow for reporting management
  • ITIL Foundation Qualification – desirable but not necessary
  • Experience with ServiceNow development in the Performance Analytics Module
  • Ability to create reporting strategies and execute delivery using agile methodologies
