About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Snowy Village. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Supply Management
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Staff Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Customer Service and Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Work Scheduling and Staff Management
    • Establish work schedules for food service staff.
    • Hire food service staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week.
