Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SASKATCHEWAN LTD. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Reporting and Scheduling: Prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules for staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
