Job Title: Bourbon Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Bourbon Brand Ambassador to represent Jefferson's and Rabbit Hole bourbons in Canada. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for bourbon, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships within the spirits industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the face of Jefferson's and Rabbit Hole bourbons, embodying the brands' values and heritage.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the brands' histories, production processes, and unique selling points.
  • Plan, coordinate, and host bourbon tastings, dinners, and promotional events at bars, restaurants, and liquor stores.
  • Conduct educational seminars for consumers, bartenders, and retail staff to enhance their knowledge and appreciation of Jefferson's and Rabbit Hole bourbons.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase market share and sales volumes.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials and sales tools.
  • Provide feedback and insights from the field to help shape marketing and sales strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and hospitality partners.
  • Act as a point of contact for brand-related inquiries and support.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the spirits or hospitality industry.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms for brand promotion.
  • Comprehensive understanding of bourbon, whiskey, and the overall spirits industry.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally across Canada.
  • Fluent in English. French is highly desirable.
