The Opportunity
We're currently seeking an exceptional leader to helm our Virtual Care Platform initiative. This ambitious project aims to transform the complex and under-supported health challenge in Canada by integrating evidence-based care into extended health coverage programs.
Our platform will offer virtual counselling, prescription management, and personalized support, all seamlessly integrated into existing benefits plans to drive adoption. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital health, B2B SaaS, or employee benefits, with a proven track record of success in navigating employer sales cycles and managing clinical teams.
About You
As the CEO of this exciting venture, you'll be responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling an exceptional customer experience. You'll be a proud operator who sees the big picture yet obsesses over the details, with a passion for finding scalable growth channels and driving big outcomes.
You'll possess a strong background in executive-level leadership, with a proven track record of success in fast-growing environments. Your intellectual curiosity, extreme levels of accountability, and ability to make decisive decisions will serve you well in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the vision for the company and define the overall strategy from launch to scale
- Recruit and lead a world-class team to deliver against the company vision
- Create and launch the premium brand
- Establish and execute the go-to-market and expansion strategy
- Lead all fundraising activities (including debt and equity) to support growth objectives in partnership with Simple Ventures Studio Inc.
- Drive operations, including full P&L and cash flow management
- Determine the highest-order KPIs and build the plan and team to measure, monitor, and improve them
