At Hong Leong Bank Berhad, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Manager to join our team. As a key player in our Corporate Cash Sales department, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to commercialize new products and services.
- Leverage relationships to maximize income revenue and cost reduction opportunities.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
- Identify and propose business opportunities, and conduct cost-benefit analysis to inform decision-making.
- Provide guidance and training to branch managers and account relationship managers on Cash Management products and services.
- Work with the Product Team to drive net-interest income and net-fee income on Cash Management products.
- Support branch managers and account relationship managers in deal closure.
- Review and propose new or existing pricing on products, services, and solutions based on competitor and cost-benefit analysis.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Cash Management and Wholesale Online Banking.
- Ensure strategies and plans are executed within approved budget.
- Manage tasks and projects assigned by the manager, working independently and diligently.
Requirements:
- Master's or Professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial banking Cash Management products.
- Relevant experience in banking, preferably in Corporate/Cash Management domain.
