Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Sootay Smoke and Convenience Store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Assist in the display and merchandising of products, including setting up displays and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
