Key Responsibilities- Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the production process to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Team Leadership: Lead and train a team of 5-10 glaziers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members follow health and safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the required standard.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Language: English
- Work Environment: On-site work only, with no option for remote work
