Senior Director of Product Management

We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to join our team. As a key member of our product leadership, you will be responsible for building teams and products that improve the way the Internet works. You will work closely with our engineering, design, and marketing teams to shape high-level product goals and get your hands dirty on a daily basis.
About the RoleAs the Senior Director of Product Management for Threat Intelligence, you will be working with a wide range of cross-functional teams to ensure we have both the tooling and processes to detect and react to attacks. You will help define the strategy of our Threat Intelligence approach, manage a capable team of product managers, and deliver great solutions to help Cloudflare move into the broader security space.
Responsibilities- Take leadership and manage a team of product managers to ensure coverage and accountability for projects across the organization.
- Work horizontally with disparate groups like Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, and external vendors.
- Span timescales, from short-term deliverables like supporting product launches to medium-term ones like migrating customers to new systems and longer-term ones like implementing net new solutions.
- Span domains, balancing the need to publish roadmaps while being responsive to the interrupt-driven nature of the business.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to listen, learn, synthesize, and communicate outwards, as well as influence through persuasion.
- Represent Cloudflare and engage with customers to understand their concerns and plans in the billing domain.
- Provide and demand accountability for delivery of commitments and hold peers and subordinates accountable for theirs.

We will continue to abide by our privacy commitment and ensure no user data is sold to advertisers or used to target consumers.
