About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Product to lead our Threat Intelligence team. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy for Threat Intelligence, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of engineering, customer management, and product development, as well as exceptional people skills and empathy. You will be expected to hire and build a great team, and be able to report progress towards senior leadership and engage at an executive level across the company.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Threat Intelligence product team, ensuring coverage and accountability for the myriad projects across the organization.
  • Develop and execute the product strategy for Threat Intelligence, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of product launches and migrations.
  • Manage a team of product managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver their projects.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and other stakeholders to maintain trust and ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a management position (product) or substantial management experience in cross-functional roles/entrepreneurship.
  • Customer-facing experience, with large customer engagement with executive leadership.
  • The ability to work in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment.
  • Experience working alongside engineering, design, marketing teams, etc. - engaging with senior cross-functional leaders.
  • Exceptional people skills and empathy.
  • A high degree of attention to detail.
  • A deep understanding of technical subjects and the internet.
  • A deep understanding of cyber security topics.
  • A kind and generous attitude towards customers and co-workers alike.
