Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Haru fusion cuisine. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for chef
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour workweek. The language of work is English. Gratuities are included in the compensation package.
