Key Responsibilities

  • Setup and operate various industrial equipment, including lathes, milling machines, and welding equipment, to prescribed tolerances.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Inspect equipment regularly to identify potential issues and perform troubleshooting to resolve problems.
  • Use eMaint software and tablet to report findings and schedule maintenance tasks.
  • Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

A valid Certificate of Qualification in the Industrial Millwright trade (433A) is mandatory. Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, welding, and industrial machine repair is required. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read drawings, blueprints, and specifications are essential. Sound computer skills and knowledge of common software are also necessary.
