About the Role

Vasudeva intensive Physiotherapy is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring they are properly sorted and stored.
  • Data Entry: Enter data according to specified formats, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Data Transfer: Transfer data between software systems, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Data Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data, identifying and correcting errors.
  • Database Management: Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and secure.
  • Backup Procedures: Perform backup procedures to ensure data preservation and prevent loss.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office duties, including creating digital records and transferring handwritten data to digital formats.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
