Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Power Recruitment. As a Welder, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our client's metal products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret Welding Specifications: Review and interpret welding process specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Inspect Welds: Examine welds to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Metal Fabrication: Fit, braze, and torch-straighten metal to create high-quality products.
  • Operate Equipment: Operate oxygen arc cutting equipment (arc-air) and brazing or soldering machines for bonding metal.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Maintain and perform minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Work Environment

As a Welder at Power Recruitment, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Commercial.
