Business Systems Analyst

Canadian Pacific Railway (CPKC) is seeking a highly skilled Lead-to-Cash Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Information Services department, you will be responsible for executing revenue controls, gathering requirements, and providing business support for our Lead-to-Cash systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide domain expertise in Lead-to-Cash systems, including SAP ECC FICA, SAP TM, SAP EM, and SAP S/4.
- Analyze system problems and identify solutions or workaround recommendations.
- Collaborate with business teams to gain insights into and assess business processes for optimization.
- Perform User-Acceptance Testing and Support for incidents, improvements, system upgrades, and Projects.
- System requirement identification and documentation analysis.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical collaborators.
- Support SOX and management controls review.
- Generate reports and identify opportunities to automate report generation.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability working with SAP CC, TM, EM, or CRM modules.
- Experience with SAP S4 is highly desirable.
