**More About You**:
To qualify for the role, you will must have a Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in a related field (Business, Economics, or Finance). You will also need to have:

- A minimum of three years of previous working experience in finance, accounting, or business.
- Chartered Professional Accounting designation would be an asset;
- Previous hospital experience and experience working with a computerized accounting system;
- Previous experience with Meditech or QuickBooks would be an asset;
- Superior knowledge of Excel;
- Proficient with personal computers, word processing, and associated software;
- Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision;
- Skill in writing concise, logical, grammatically correct business correspondences and reports.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate positive relationships;
- Ability to multi-task while providing consistent, high-quality work.
- Commitment to continuing education and maintaining professional standards.
- Demonstrated excellent attendance levels, work performance, disciplinary history and positive work references;
- Ability to work in a manner that exemplifies the core values of the West Parry Sound Health Centre: _Compassion, Accountability, Rights and Responsibilities, Excellence, and Safety_.
