Store Manager

At The Shoe Co., we're on the hunt for a talented Store Manager who can drive sales, foster a positive store environment, and lead a dynamic team to success. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for maximizing store business results, creating exceptional customer experiences, and promoting our brand values of Passion, Accountability, Collaboration, and Authenticity/humility.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement agile business plans to drive results.
- Recruit, manage, and develop top talent who share our passion for shoes.
- Maintain effective communication with Senior Operational Managers and foster a collaborative store environment.
- Balance company policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling to ensure operational excellence.
- Relevant post-secondary education.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in progressive retail supervisory roles.
- Proven success in achieving sales and profitability targets in large volume top doors.
- Positive and energetic team player with strong leadership capabilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and create a compelling customer experience.
