Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team at PR Mechanical Ltd. As a key member of our plumbing department, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining domestic, commercial, and industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair plumbing fixtures and systems in accordance with blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Read and interpret plumbing plans and specifications to determine layout and requirements.
  • Prepare tenders and quotations for plumbing projects.
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
  • Estimate costs and materials for plumbing projects.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shape and size.

  • Work in a fast-paced environment with physical demands, including bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and project requirements.
