Assistant Store Manager

Are you a motivated and results-driven individual looking for a challenging role in retail management? We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Dollarama L.P.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail store operations
  • Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Ensure company rules and regulations are followed by all team members
  • Conduct inventory counts and ensure proper resupply of goods
  • Participate in recruitment and training activities of new employees

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in the retail industry
  • Experience in team management
  • Flexible availability required (day, evening, weekend)
  • Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities
