We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Maintenance Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of our maintenance management processes.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of our maintenance management processes, including asset integrity, reliability, and turnaround management.
  • Collaborating with our engineering and operations teams to ensure the effective management of our assets and the implementation of best practices in maintenance and reliability.
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to our maintenance teams to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our maintenance operations.
  • Coordinating with our external partners and contractors to ensure the effective management of our maintenance contracts and the delivery of high-quality services.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with a strong background in maintenance management and reliability.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a corporate setup, with a proven track record of success in maintenance management and reliability.
  • Excellent technical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Experience with asset management and maintenance management software, with a strong understanding of best practices in maintenance and reliability.
