Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $40,000 - $50,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Job Description

As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and safety guidelines;
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional manner;
  • Replenishing products on shelves, building displays, and securing damaged or defective items;
  • Managing backroom stock, identifying and reporting inventory levels, and processing damaged product;
  • Operating manual equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand-trucks, to transport products between storage and display areas;
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting productivity goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year's experience working in retail, grocery, or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers;
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and walk extensively throughout the store;
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and access to a reliable vehicle for use during working hours;
  • A personal vehicle with current vehicle liability insurance.
