We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Culinary Team Lead to join our team at No900 St-Bruno. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes to our customers.

Job Summary

The Senior Culinary Team Lead is a full-time position that requires a strong background in cooking and leadership. You will be responsible for supervising a team of up to 2 people, estimating food costs and inventory, and maintaining accurate records of food consumption and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of up to 2 cooks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Estimate food costs and inventory to maintain accurate records and control expenses
  • Maintain accurate records of food consumption, sales, and inventory to inform menu planning and inventory management
  • Train new staff members on cooking techniques, kitchen procedures, and quality standards
  • Work closely with the kitchen manager to plan menus, manage inventory, and control costs
  • Ensure that all dishes meet established quality standards and are presented to customers in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience as a senior chef or team lead in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen procedures, and quality standards
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to estimate food costs and maintain accurate records
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer benefits including bonus opportunities, gratuities, learning/training paid by employer, team building opportunities, and parking available.
