Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of ITSM solutions.
- Own technical and business design of the end-to-end solution during implementation, aligning with ITIL best practices.
- Conduct design reviews and data quality assurance to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Manage and communicate with external client teams during the sales process and post-sales delivery.
- Lead and participate in RFPs, providing technology solution content and expertise.
- Audit existing client implementations and recommend enhancements to improve service management capabilities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working in IT or customer support organizations.
- 1-3 years of experience working as a technical consultant or business analyst in the delivery implementation of ServiceNow.
- Good understanding of SQL, Java, XML, and web-based technologies.
- 1+ years of experience in implementing and aligning business processes to ITIL best practices.
- Fluent in German and English, with another European language being an asset.
- Ability to travel within Europe.
