Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Gestion SHM Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our retail operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating performance, and planning and organizing daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and organize daily activities
  • Manage staff and assign duties
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales volumes
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold
  • Implement price and credits policies
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Determine staffing requirements
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and supply shortages
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Conduct performance reviews
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in retail operations
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license
Working Conditions:
