Provincial Coordinator, Clinical Trials Training Program Specialist

The University of British Columbia is seeking a highly skilled Provincial Coordinator to join our team in the Clinical Trials Training Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering educational programs, conducting capacity building activities, and maintaining partnerships for the CANTRAIN platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical trial training programs and capacity building initiatives to support the growth and development of clinical trials in Canada.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including Clinical Trials BC, to ensure the success of the program.
- Create high-quality educational content, including workshops and training programs, to support the development of clinical trials professionals.
- Contribute to the development of the Knowledge Management Strategy at CANTRAIN, ensuring that knowledge and best practices are shared and utilized across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, health sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of experience in a related field, including experience in program development, capacity building, and partnership development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clinicians, researchers, and industry partners.
- Experience in designing and executing educational programs, including workshops and training programs.
- Knowledge of clinical trials training resources and best practices in Canada.
