Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Compensation Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our compensation and benefits team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing total compensation strategies and programs that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement total compensation strategies and programs that align with business objectives.
  • Lead the development and roll-out of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits-related trends and statistical data to inform program design and optimization.
  • Develop and recommend policies and processes to optimize the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and services.
  • Maintain relationships with benefits program vendors and ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Prepare input for compensation, benefits, pension, and work experience surveys to inform program design and optimization.
  • Prepare compliance reports for pension and benefits plans to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on total compensation strategies and program design.
  • CCP, CBP, or CEBS designation preferred.
